then the fun never seems to end!
Measuring in Maths...
On Wednesday we truly demonstrated our practice of recycling and reusing different objects by creating a funny, crazy, interesting hat to wear to school. Just look at us!
... The spirit days continue:
On Friday, we dressed up in our favourite sports gear... "What is your passionate sport Ms V?" Ms V: "Planning my daughter's wedding, no time for much else, except teaching K2 AvS!"
Boys are mostly passionate about rugby and soccer, but of course there had to be Formula 1 racing drivers as well! Ms Nora and Aaditya are our racing drivers.
Girls have a variety of passions in sport - tennis players, quite a few gymnasts, an ice skater, and guess what, we even have golfers!
Living in the international, expat world is not always easy, as there comes a time that we have to say good-bye to friends. We are sad to say good bye to Aaditya and his family, but wish them success and happiness in their new home and school in Mumbai. Thank you Ms Belinda and Ms Lipika for treating us to donuts that helped take some of the tears away. And a HUGE thank you to Aaditya, Mainak and Puja for the lovely book and candy you gave us. We will enjoy reading our Mr Seuss books, eating the candy and journaling about interesting things in K2. Go well.
Ms V will be taking leave on Monday, 14th April, Tuesday, 15th April, and Wednesday 16th April to celebrate her daughter's wedding and will be spending time with family and friends who will be visiting from South Africa and the Netherlands. Don't worry, you are in the capable hands of Ms Nora!
May each and every one of you have a well deserved, fun, exciting holiday and take the time to enjoy being with friends and family. Thank you again for a wonderful term filled with so much learning and fun experiences.
