On Monday we started the week off by visiting the 9th grade High School drama class. We recognized and really enjoyed the fairy tales they acted out for us. Thank you 9th grade drama students!
We continue to learn so much about Magic Materials, and the Oobleck we made almost took our breath away. It was awesome!
We are ready for the Swimming Pool Challenge on Tuesday! Our boats and rafts are designed, made, and ready to sail across the swimming pool, and the challenge is to make sure that the raft that we made will float, and take our class pets Muffy and Cupcake safely across. We hope that none of our rafts will sink!

After the October break K2AvS students will enjoy sharing their video of predictions, the challenge and reflections with parents.
A reminder that students are excited about sharing their learning in Writers Workshop with parents on Thursday, October 10th at 10:10 am and 10:50 am. We will also have a published story ready to share!
